I was quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location is superb, especially for shopping at the King of Prussia mall. Great value for the price.
The hotel's location is incredibly close to shopping experiences and restaurants, offering a nice location with ample parking. While the rooms were very clean with all necessary amenities, there was a mildew smell noticeable upon arrival. The service was fantastic with friendly staff ready to assist, however, the rooms could benefit from some minor repairs. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a great selection, except for a small issue on one particular day. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, near King of Prussia mall and with easy access to Philly and eateries, the condition of the rooms was quite poor despite being spacious and the AC running. The service left much to be desired, with unhelpful and impolite staff. On the bright side, the hotel offered the best free breakfast I've had, making up for some of the shortcomings.
